While starting my house hunting adventure, I came across a condo in Lincoln park that caught my eye on MLS. Liking what I saw I emailed to set up a viewing, not knowing who the real estate agent was that was connected to this particular property. When I arrived to view this condo, I met Lana. After chatting with Lana during my viewing I automatically knew she was the perfect agent to help me find what I was looking for.

Lana was always available to help me when I needed information, or to answer any questions I may of had, on top of everything else she was busy digging up for me. After viewing many different condos, within 2 weeks, I finally walked into a condo that I knew I could call home. Over the weeks I spent with Lana… she became more then my real estate agent, she became my friend. A friend who guided me in the right direction with completely honest opinions, doing more research then necessary to ensure I ended up 100% happy in the end, which I did. Since my first purchase, I have had Lana’s help in selling that initial property and buying 2 others.

Lana helped us with selling a house and buying a new one over the last few months and was a consummate professional at every turn. Her market assessment numbers (buying and selling) were within $1-3k of final contract values which shows how well she’s dialed into the market. She was patient and kind with us when we needed to “pause” the selling listing (briefly) to reassure ourselves we were ready to sell and gave us no pressure tactics whatsoever.

She was an invaluable resource in writing contracts and catching required edits, and never made us feel rushed when we were viewing properties to buy. Despite the pandemic procedures in place she was more than accommodating in booking viewings (both buying and selling) and her communication was top notch.  We felt part of the process at every turn and her industry contacts for banking, lawyers, home inspectors, etc were very helpful. We didn’t use all of them, but anyone she referred us to was as top notch as Lana was. To top it all off, she was patient and kind with our kids, when many other professionals in the industry look at children as an annoyance rather than people with a stake in the process. 

In short...Lana’s a joy to work with and I can’t recommend her enough. From start to finish there was not a single thing I can say I wish she’d done differently or could have done better.
