Her credentials include advanced negotiation training (RENE), seller representation (SRS), buyer advocacy (ABR), staging expertise (CSA) and a Certified Condo Specialist Designation (CCS).

📈 Calgary Home Prices Showing Stability

Despite a slower pace of sales, Calgary home prices have remained relatively stable this spring.

The benchmark residential price reached $570,500 in May, up from January levels. Detached homes continued to strengthen, rising to $747,800, while apartment-style homes experienced some price adjustments as supply increased.

The result? A more balanced market with opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

As conditions vary significantly by property type and location, having local market expertise matters more than ever.
