Since entering the profession in 1994, she has built her business around relationships rather than self-promotion — focusing on trust, clear communication, and understanding what matters most to each client. While credentials and experience are important, Lana believes what truly defines a successful partnership is knowing you have someone dependable in your corner. Today, the majority of her business continues to come from repeat clients and referrals.
Lana takes a hands-on approach to her work and remains personally involved in every transaction. When clients call, they speak directly with her — not a call centre or a rotating team of agents. Known for her honesty, straightforward advice, and strong negotiation skills, Lana helps clients make confident decisions while navigating the complexities of buying or selling a home. Her experience spans a wide range of properties, from condominiums to single-family homes, and she holds designations including Certified Condominium Specialist (CCS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer Repesentative (ABR) and Certified Staging Advocate ( CSA).
Outside of real estate, Lana values the balance that comes from staying active, spending time with close friends and family, and pursuing creative interests. Her sphynx cat Hera keeps life entertaining at home, while music has become another passion — including performing as the lead singer in blues rock & Canadian cover bands as well as singing the national anthem at events including citizenship ceremonies. Lana manages the stress of the job by working out daily, whether at the gym, on her bike or on walking her neighbourhood pathways.
